Getting the following message "The server is unreachable, try reconnecting.If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your administrator."


The message you are receiving is potentially caused by the server address being inputted incorrectly, go back to your Network via System preferences and check the server address is correct. This should be one of the following;

Server Addresses if required:


For UK Servers:

UK1 =

UK2 =

UK3 =

UK4 =

UK5 =


For USA Servers:

US1 =

US2 =

US3 =

US4 =

US5 =


For Europe Servers:

Czech 1 =

Czech 2 =

Slovakia =

Sweden =

Netherlands =


Please ensure there are NO spaces before or after the server address.  If you are sure there are NO spaces and you are still receiving the same error message then please delete the Guard My IP configuration by clicking on the minus sign and starting again from point 5 on the set up page
