Trying to connect and getting 'Authentication Failed'
The message 'Authentication Failed' is caused by one of the following being inputted incorrectly;
- The username
- The Password
Please ensure there are NO spaces before or after the server address. If you are sure there are NO spaces and you are still receiving the same error message then please delete the Guard My IP configuration by clicking on the minus sign and starting again from point 5 on the set up page http://www.guardmyip.com/setup/ipad.html
In addition you will also get this message if your account has expired due to non payment or cancellation.
